Education
Shenmi was rigorously educated in law, covert tactics and operations as well as public affairs. He rose to prominence, catching the eye of Dancing Phoenix and eventually being offered a job instructing generals in the sublte arts of warfare shortly before his passing.
During his life, his missions took him far from Sowa on occasion. After a particularly long stay away from the village, Shenmi returned a changed man. All who knew him couldn’t complain, he seemed much more clever and he was passionate about his job. Where he developed the newfound competence is unknown.
Employment
At the age of 18 Shenmi began working for Sowa’s Monster Destruction Office in the capacity of Scout. He studied law and subtle or covert military tactics using the money he earned.
Eventually, he became the public face of Sowa’s discreet military operations.
