Manirak was a village on the northernmost tip of the continent of Ofica, within the Hordelands. It no longer exists: the village fell into the sea sometime after the Reignition of the Stars of Power in 1523 PE, and little or nothing of it is believed to remain on the ocean floor.

History

Manirak stood for well over a millennium before its loss. Icaghor, later the founder of Tatharia Regnum, was born in the village in 87 PE, only a generation or two after the Extinguishment of the Stars of Power. He left Manirak during his adventuring years, and after the Deluge drove him and Clyde to Aikibira, he eventually settled in the Tathar valley and united its tribes in what was only later renamed Hesperica, following the rise of the Tatharian Empire.

More than fourteen centuries later, the village still stood when the prophet Aleksandr was born there in 1504 PE. Manirak did not survive the Reignition of the Stars of Power in 1523 PE; it sank beneath the waves sometime afterward, and no expedition is known to have found meaningful remains on the ocean floor since.
