Fey peoples of Rolara who are not available as player characters. They are filed here as peoples rather than as creatures: each keeps language, custom, and commerce of its own, and is met as a neighbour, a rival, or a host. Fey creatures that are not culture-bearing peoples are indexed under Fey Creatures instead.
