This is our deepest holding and it was kept that way on purpose: a people who cannot mend their own instruments will end up depending on someone who can. With patience and a clear question, you can rebuild most Remnari devices from what is here.
What you cannot get from here is the material they are made of. That is The Fuse Stock, and it is the entry that matters most if you intend to keep this fortress running.
Nothing in this holding is restricted. Our two restricted entries are both in Holding II. The fortress defences were never written into the Archive at all, which is an absence and not a restriction.
