This holding also keeps a record of every section sealed, altered, or set aside in four centuries, including several that were not general knowledge aboard. Where the Exemplars struck a section from the working plans, we still record that it was struck.
Two entries need Elder credentials. A restriction means the Exemplars kept an entry close. It usually does not mean the contents are dangerous, though in one case here they are.
