A farm in Hesperica province, northeast of Tatharia Capitolina, owned by Jem and his wife. The property has gained an informal reputation as a place where things fall from the sky.
History
The farm’s first notable incident involved an adamantine meteor that struck the property. The meteor was recovered by adventurers and the material was subsequently handed over to the Starfinder’s Mining and Resource Company at the behest of Lord Harrick Tor. Jem and his wife did not profit from the recovery, a fact that has since become the more durable part of the story locally.
The farm’s second incident occurred when an off-world traveler crash-landed a stolen astral skiff on the property. Jem and his wife were present. On that occasion the family’s salvage rights over the wreckage were asserted on their behalf and went uncontested, which the household regards as the correction of the earlier arrangement rather than a separate piece of luck.
