This towering pagoda is the private residence for the Jade God . It erupts from a mass of majestic clouds that float around the terraced hills of Memora . Descending down the base of the tower leads to the Court of The Celestial Administration in the Palace of Divinity, located on the Plane of Mechanus .
This place, like other protrusions from the Palace of Divinity , are dimensional pockets of the plane of order.
